Project Description
This project for King’s Island Primary Care Centre involved the construction of a two-storey, 1,054m2 purpose built primary care centre consisting of doctor’s surgeries, consultancy rooms, a physiotherapy room, a speech and language therapy room and classrooms to facilitate in-house training and further education of staff plus diabetic screening facilities.
This project included the demolition of an existing residential building and asbestos removal works. All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken by us and the project was completed to a turn-key finish, within budget and three months ahead of programme.
