Project Description
The project involved the construction of a two-storey, 1,054m² purpose-built primary care facility. It included doctor’s surgeries, consultancy rooms, a physiotherapy room, a speech and language therapy room, and classrooms for in-house training and staff education, as well as diabetic screening facilities. Our scope of work included the demolition of an existing residential building and asbestos removal. We were also responsible for all site works and landscaping.
