Project Description

The Glounthaune Housing Development project consisted of the construction of three detached two storey dwellings and associated site works. Some key features of these dwellings include luxury ‘A’ rated houses with a high specification for finishes. These dwellings were constructed on a small site with challenging access restrictions and specialist works (rock anchoring) required to stabilise an existing adjacent rock-face. An architecturally designed landscaping works package was also completed by our team.
