Garranbawn Residential & Commercial Development, Co. Limerick

Project Description

This mixed use project involved the construction of 10 commercial and retail units with offices and a local community development hall, 60 three/four-bedroom semi-detached, five bedroom detached two-storey houses and six two-bedroom apartments at Murroe, Co. Limerick.

All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken by our team, including the provision of street furniture.

All drainage, including foul and storm water, were developed and approved prior to site handover.

The project also involved road construction, including tarmac and line marking works, ahead of completion of the estate.
