Project Description
The proposed development is located at unit 40-47 in the Shannon Industrial Estate, Co. Clare. At this location EI Electronics carries out R&D, production and commercial function relating to their Fire & CO detection products. The proposed development will consist of the demolition of an existing services yard and enclosing walls to facilitate the construction of a two-storey gym facility connected to the existing building and new Astroturf playing surface.
