Project Description

The Deanrock Housing project involved the construction of 65 No. residential housing units and a ground floor community facility with associated site works. The project commenced in April 2018 and the estimated works took 23 months to complete. This project was completed in phases. Phase 1, Blocks B/A & F of this project were completed in July, 2019. Phase 2 (C, L, G, E) completed by 8th November 2019 with Phase 3 (D, H, J, K) March 2020.
