Project Description
Construction of a new enterprise centre on a green field site; including diversion of existing services, alterations to public roadways and footpaths & construction of entrance roadway and car park.
The building comprised of 1,022m2 shared office accommodation and education and training rooms.
The project was completed within budget and programme.
