Project Description

The Centre was designed and constructed to provide a modern business and innovation hub designed to support local enterprises, startups, and business development in the region. Total floor area is well over 1,500m² accommodating office space, meeting rooms equipped with modern AV technology for presentations and conferences, shared workspaces, reception facilities in a contemporary purpose-built building with a focus on flexibility and functionality. The development also called for ample parking facilities for tenants and visitors.
