Cliona Park Housing, Limerick

Project Description

The residential development at Cliona Park and Monabraher Road, Moyross saw the construction of 10 residential units, as part of the regeneration of Munster’s largest social housing development. Small pockets of residential units formed part of the overall regeneration masterplan which set out to redefine the tenure mix in the Moyross area.  The concept of the tenure mix was an integral part of the redevelopment in this location.

Comprehensive hard and soft landscaping, installation of street lighting and street furniture, implementation of new boundary treatments for adjacent lands, and the upgrading and re-routing of foul sewers and surface water drainage.
