Project Description
The CareBright Community Hub & Residences is a notable construction project for several reasons. It is Ireland’s first purpose-built community designed specifically for people living with dementia. Situated on a four-acre site in Bruff, Co. Limerick, the development consists of three residential units, each with six bedrooms, private courtyards, communal dining, and recreational areas inside and outdoors. The project also includes a separate day care center that offers various amenities such as a community café, spa and therapy rooms, gym, men’s sheds, and a communal garden.
