Project Description

The works included modifications to the existing structure of Unit 6 & 7, including breaking out of the floor slab, works to the ground beams and demolition of internal masonry walls, removal of existing cladding to facilitate the installation of new glazing.  Constructing a new warehouse building with loading dock and mezzanine which is linked to units 6&7.  The works also include reconfiguration of the internal layout of Unit 7, the fit-out of new office areas, canteen and break-out areas plus additional staff welfare facilities.
