Project Description
This project, located within an existing industrial estate, involved developing a 3,000m², three-storey Food Innovation Hub. The facility provides laboratories, business incubation suites, office accommodation, application suites, and an extension to the existing canteen facilities, along with all associated site works, car parking, and road network. The development supports industry and clients in R&D programs, integrating dedicated office and laboratory units with the Teagasc Research Moorepark Centre to advance new research, product innovation, economic growth, and job creation. These investments have created a unique research environment for national and international food companies. The industry units at the hub consist of private, secure company dedicated offices, laboratories and storage space.
