Moxy Hotel, Dublin

We were delighted to have won the contract for the development of the debut Irish ‘Moxy Hotel’, Marriott International’s experiential hotel brand. Located at Sackville House, Dublin, just off the O’Connell Street in the heart of the city, this project saw Conack tasked with redeveloping the existing 3,281m2 building into a 157 bedroom hotel project that meets the brand’s stylish and bold personality.

The end result is a 4-star property opened in November 2019 that stands out from the crowd in Dublin’s bustling city centre. In addition to the hotel project, the development also included a ground floor level space for a single, separate commercial/retail unit completed to shell and core standard.

Associated site development works also comprised hard and soft landscaping, foul and surface water drainage, site lighting and site services in accordance with the local authority and the employer’s requirements.
