Project Description

Conack was contracted to carry out significant refurbishment and reconfiguration works to the Intercontinental Hotel in Ballsbridge as part of a program to restore the landmark Dublin 4 property to its premier status. The project included internal modifications to the existing hotel layout to provide additional bedrooms, completed across three stages. Stage one involved demolishing and replacing existing internal partitions to house staff offices. Stage two involved converting a management suite into six bedrooms and two suites. Stage three involved subdividing existing bedroom suites to create standard bedrooms, resulting in an additional 10 bedrooms.
