Project Description
We worked with the Dublin Airport Authority to fit-out offices on the ground floor of a 1,100m2 shell and core building, located at Clive House in the National Technological Park, Plassey, Castletroy, Limerick. The new fit-out provided an open plan office space, meeting rooms, WC’s, canteen, training room and conference room.
This project involved the erection of plasterboard and glass partitions and doors, floating ceiling, raised access flooring and M&E installations and works were completed in a single phase.
