Project Description
This project at Alexion Pharmaceutical’s College Business & Technology Park, Blanchardstown saw our team tasked with the fit out of a Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility, including ancillary buildings and services on campus adjacent to company’s existing office and laboratories.
The works package included a 15,000m2, three-storey manufacturing building, fit out of a 3,500m2 central utilities building, construction of a new extension containing offices, meeting rooms, warehouse, a drum store, new entrance area plus alteration and refurbishment works to the existing facility.
