Project Description

This expansion by Conack for Alexion formed part of their broader strategy to support its growing portfolio. The project included the fit-out of a Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility, along with ancillary buildings and services adjacent to the company’s existing offices and laboratories on campus.

Construction of a three-storey manufacturing building spanning 15,000m². Fit out of a 3,500m² central utilities building. Construction of a new extension housing offices, meeting rooms, warehouse, drum store, and a new entrance area. Alteration and refurbishment work to enhance the existing facility.
