Moxy Hotel, Dublin – Leisure / Tourism over 10m

Our first finalist is the ‘Moxy Hotel’, Marriott International’s experiential hotel brand. The project was located at Sackville House, Dublin, in the heart of the city.

Conack was given the task of redeveloping the existing 1970s 4-storey office block (3,281m2) to become a new 7-storey 157-bedroom hotel that meets the brand’s stylish and bold personality.

Employing innovative design techniques and utilising the existing structure, Conack achieved significant efficiencies for our client in both time and cost. We also minimised the environmental impact by eliminating the additional land fill and environmental pollutants associated with unnecessary demolition.
