Project Description

We were acquired for a four storey Primary Care Centre to accommodate local GP Practices and several units of the HSE. The facility incorporates GP Consultation Rooms, a range of Healthcare offices, Pharmacy, a dental suite, a physiotherapy suite, clinical nursing rooms, an occupational therapy area, a pediatric suite and Accessible WC’s and Shower areas on each floor throughout.

The building has been certified as achieving a BER Rating of A3 and attained an air tightness rating of < 3m3/hr/m2 and so provides enhanced energy efficiency whilst ensuring a healthy indoor air quality for the occupants.

Our team also undertook the site works, which included the construction of a 162-space car park and an internal road distribution network with the provision made for battery charging facilities for electric vehicles, accessible parking as well as extensive bicycle parking.

This Development has recently applied for LEED Silver Accreditation having achieved the relevant points required in each of the 8 categories.
