Project Description
Our team carried out a major extension for Kirkland Developments of their Premier Inn Hotel, one of the most popular hotels in the immediate catchment of Dublin Airport.
Situated off Nevinstown Lane, to the East of the R132, which runs north to south to the east of the airport, the hotel upgrade was carried out in three phases.
The largest and third phase of the project was the construction of a six-floor, 54-bedroom extension. Work on this was preceded by a restaurant extension and construction of new hotel commercial facilities, while the initial phase involved the conversion of the existing meeting room.
The combined works comprised a total gross floor area of 8,586m2.
