Larisa Mirauta joined Conack as an EHS Advisor in October 2025 and has since worked on both the St. Vincent’s Dermatology and Dublin Bus Broadstone projects. Coming from a background in electrical and mechanical safety, Conack provided an opportunity to expand her experience into civil works and the management of multiple trades on large-scale construction projects. Through the support of her manager and the wider safety team, Larisa has developed her technical knowledge, confidence, and decision-making skills. Her experience at Conack has also inspired her to further her education by pursuing a master’s degree while continuing to grow her career within the company.

Mark White, a 2023 graduate in Civil Engineering Management from TUS, reflects on his career development with Conack as a Junior Contracts Manager in Munster. Since graduating, Mark has worked on Conack’s modular school projects across Limerick, Cork, and Tipperary, as well as an office fit-out and the Moxy Hotel in Cork. He credits Conack’s supportive environment and projects for giving him a strong foundation in construction management, preparing him for ongoing success in the industry.

Leeanna Phelan is a Document Controller with Conack Construction and a key member of the Marina Depot project team. Working on a large-scale residential development has provided her with valuable insight into the construction industry and the level of coordination required to successfully deliver complex projects. Through her role, Leeanna has developed strong organisational, communication, and document management skills while gaining a deeper understanding of project delivery processes. Supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team, she has continued to build her confidence and professional expertise, contributing to her ongoing career development within Conack.

Leticia Matos joined Conack as a Quality Manager in mid-2025, bringing experience primarily from the residential construction sector. Since joining the company, she has embraced new challenges beyond her previous area of expertise, expanding her knowledge and experience across a wider range of project types. Through the support and encouragement of the Conack team, Leticia continues to strengthen her professional skills and advance her career, reflecting Conack’s commitment to developing talent and empowering employees to reach their full potential.

Shane Rabbitt, a 2022 Construction Management graduate from TUS, shares how his career has flourished since joining Conack as a Junior Contracts Manager. Starting with a valuable work placement during college, Shane gained hands-on experience on projects like the Teagasc Hub and various modular school buildings across Munster. At Conack, he’s developed essential skills in safety management, quality control, and project coordination, often collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and experienced Site Managers.

Amber Ferns, a 2024 TUS graduate in Quantity Surveying, shares how her career with Conack has been invaluable in building her skills as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. Starting as a Junior QS during her third-year placement, Amber gained hands-on experience on projects like Colbert Train Station and Ardhu Apartments in Limerick. Now, as a full-time graduate, she has also worked in Conack's estimating department, which has given her a comprehensive view of her field. Amber appreciates Conack’s supportive environment, where guidance is readily available, making her feel comfortable seeking help and growing professionally.
